How long does delivery take?

eSIM orders are delivered instantly via email. Physical SIM cards are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, ensuring fast and reliable service within the UK..

Can I track my SIM order once it’s shipped?

Yes — tracking details are provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally or just within the UK?

Physical SIMs are only available for delivery within the UK. eSIMs, however, are sent digitally via email and can be used internationally depending on the network and plan.

🔧 Physical SIM Activation & Setup

How do I activate my SIM card?

To activate your SIM, simply complete our activation form located here. Vodafone and O2 activations are instant, Three can take up to 24 hours, EE can take up to 48 hours. If you’d like your SIM to arrive already active, just request activation immediately after placing your order — we’ll sort the rest.

Why is my SIM not working after insertion?

Please complete our activation form located here. If you have already done this, please contact sales@simpulse.uk so we can investigate and get you up and running.

Can I bring my existing number over?

Absolutely. To keep your current number, text PAC to 65075 from your existing SIM. You’ll receive a PAC code you can input on our form here when activating your new SIM.

Will my SIM work in any unlocked phone or mobile broadband device?

Yes, our SIM cards are compatible with all unlocked phones and mobile broadband devices. Whether you’re using a smartphone, dongle, or WiFi router, you’re covered.

Can I use my SIM for tethering/hotspot?

Yes, tethering and hotspot usage are fully supported across all our networks. Feel free to share your connection with laptops, tablets, or other devices.

Are these SIMs compatible with tablets, routers or MiFi devices?

They work seamlessly with tablets, portable WiFi routers, and MiFi units. Just pop the SIM in, switch on, and get connected.

How do I renew my SIM plan?

You can renew your plan using our renewal form here. Choose between setting up a recurring payment for convenience, or renewing manually whenever you need. We’ll send reminders so you never miss a beat.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with direct debit options. Your payment details are securely handled for peace of mind.

Do I need to cancel if I don’t want to renew?

It’s totally fine if you decide not to continue — your SIM will automatically deactivate at the end of its prepaid period unless we hear from you. No surprise charges, no hassle. A quick heads-up is appreciated, but not required.
