Activating Your eSIM on an iPhone (iOS)
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email containing your eSIM details. iPhones make activation simple — you can install it automatically with one tap, or add it manually if you prefer.
Option 1: One‑Tap Activation (Recommended)
If you’re using your iPhone to open the email:
- Open the email we sent you titled “Your eSIM Details”.
- Tap the activation link inside the message.
- Your iPhone will automatically open the eSIM setup screen.
- Tap Continue, then Add eSIM.
- Wait a few moments while your device activates the plan.
That’s it — your eSIM will be ready to use once activation completes.
Option 2: Manual Activation (Using the QR Code)
If you’re viewing the email on another device:
- On your iPhone, go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM.
- Choose Use QR Code.
- Scan the QR code included in your email.
- Follow the on‑screen steps to add and activate the plan.
After Activation
- Your iPhone may show a brief “Activating” message while the network connects.
- You can choose which SIM handles mobile data, calls, and messages under Settings → Mobile Data.
- If you’re switching from a physical SIM, you can remove it once the eSIM is active.
